Shipping Terms & Conditions

We ship to all Canadian Provinces, except ON, QC and PEI, with Free Shipping if you purchase $75 worth of wine.  A flat rate shipping charge applies to all orders under $75.

Please note we ship Mondays and Thursdays.  Once shipped, your package should arrive within in 3-5 business days.  Shipping times may vary due to weather conditions.

To order online you must be 19 years of age or older.  Signature of someone over the age of majority is required for delivery. 

All wine prices include HST.  A $0.20 bottle deposit is charged during checkout on all bottles of 750 mL and above.

Returns & Cancellations

We are proud of our wines and want you to enjoy them; we will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is flawed or that you might find unsatisfactory within the 7 days after delivery. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to  info@stonebridgevineyards.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.

Once the wine is received, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the winery at 647-348-7544 for return instructions.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders
